Polynucleotides are a revolutionary regenerative treatment that enhance skin quality at a cellular level. They are injected into the skin to stimulate your own skin cells to regenerate, produce more collagen and elastin and improve hydration. This revitalises the skin’s texture and gives you a wonderful glow. They have powerful anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties that reduces inflammation, neutralise free radicals and reduce signs of sun damage. When injected into the skin they improve skin texture, hydration and elasticity. Around the eyes they reduce dark circles, fine lines and crepey skin. Utilising their anti-inflammatory properties, they have also been shown to improve rosacea.
In hair regeneration they can enhance collagen production and promote cellular turnover in hair follicles and the scalp, thickening the hair and stimulating it to make it grow.

It is one of my favourite treatments to offer for traditionally hard to treat areas, such as around the eyes. They can drastically improve the appearance of fine lines. In areas such as around the mouth are combined with hyaluronic acid to moisturise and nourish the skin as well as improving its structure.
FAQs
-
Polynucleotides are powerful regenerative molecules derived from purified DNA fragments. They work by stimulating cell renewal, improving skin quality, and promoting natural collagen and elastin production — restoring hydration, elasticity, and radiance from within.
-
When injected into the skin, Polynucleotides act as biostimulators. They encourage fibroblast activity (the cells responsible for producing collagen and elastin) and help repair damaged tissue. This leads to smoother, firmer, and healthier-looking skin over time.
-
Polynucleotides can be used across multiple areas including:
Face and neck
Under-eye area (for fine lines, puffiness, and dark circles)
Décolletage
Hands and body areas showing early signs of ageing
-
Improved hydration and elasticity
Reduction in fine lines and crepiness
Enhanced skin brightness and clarity
Soothing and repair of inflamed or stressed skin
Strengthened barrier and improved texture over time
-
They are suitable for all skin types and particularly beneficial for those experiencing dullness, dehydration, or loss of firmness. Polynucleotides are also excellent for clients wanting to restore radiance without adding volume — a completely natural skin rejuvenation option.
-
Typically, a course of 2–3 treatments spaced 2–4 weeks apart is recommended for optimal results, followed by maintenance sessions every 6–9 months depending on your skin condition and goals.
-
You’ll notice improved hydration and texture within a few weeks. Collagen and elastin stimulation continues to develop over the following months, revealing smoother, firmer, and more luminous skin.
